Who we are

Saasiforce provides Salesforce study, audit and readiness tools for learners, candidates, recruiters and training partners. The service is operated from the UK. You can contact us at saasiforce@gmail.com.

Before taking live payments at scale, add the registered business name, trading address, company number and VAT number here if those apply to the business.

Using the service

You may use Saasiforce to practise Salesforce topics, complete audits, track study progress and generate readiness signals. You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate information when you create an account, submit answers, contact us or sign up for emails.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and sign-in links secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Educational content and outcomes

Audit scores, model answers, study lessons, badges, leaderboard positions and readiness reports are educational guidance only. They do not guarantee Salesforce certification success, interview invitations, job offers, employer acceptance or any particular commercial outcome.

You should not rely on the service as your only source of exam, employment, compliance or professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not upload client secrets, production Salesforce data, employer confidential information, passwords, access tokens, private interview materials, special category personal data or anything you do not have permission to share.

Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape the service, overload the platform, reverse engineer paid content, interfere with another user, misrepresent your competence or use Saasiforce to create misleading hiring evidence.

Plans, prices and payment

Any prices shown on the pricing page should be read as the current offer for the plan displayed there. Before you place an order, we will show the plan, total price, billing period, payment method and key access conditions. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.

An Audit Access subscription renews monthly until cancelled and provides the paid audit access described at checkout. An Interview Prep subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can manage subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal from your profile when billing is enabled.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. If VAT applies, the checkout or invoice should state whether VAT is included or added.

Cancellation and refunds

For subscriptions, you can cancel future renewals through the billing portal where available, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund a billing period that has already started unless the law requires otherwise or we agree to do so.

Digital content and online services may be made available immediately after payment. If you expressly ask for immediate access and acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be affected, you may lose the 14-day cancellation right for that digital content once access begins. This does not affect your statutory rights where the service is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

If you believe a payment was taken in error, a subscription was not cancelled correctly or paid access is unavailable, contact us at saasiforce@gmail.com and include the email address used at checkout.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may pause, update, withdraw or change features for maintenance, security, legal, product or commercial reasons.

If a change materially reduces paid access during an active paid period, we will take reasonable steps to give notice and offer a fair remedy where required.

Intellectual property

The Saasiforce name, interface, lessons, questions, model answers, reports, branding and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own learning, evaluation or authorised business use.

You keep ownership of answers and other content you submit. You give us permission to process that content so we can provide the service, generate scores, maintain records, troubleshoot issues and improve the product.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights, or anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded under UK law.

Subject to that, Saasiforce is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, hiring decisions, certification outcomes, data you choose to submit against our guidance, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, misuse the platform, create risk for other users, fail to pay for paid access or where we reasonably need to protect the service.

Where practical, we will give notice before suspending paid access unless urgent security, legal or misuse concerns require faster action.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also have the benefit of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. If we cannot resolve it, disputes will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable UK consumer law.
